This video allows you to take a look at the Farmhouse that Former President Jimmy Carter grew up in. You will also see the schoolhouse he once attended, and his current residence in Plains, Georgia. The only thing missing from this video is meeting the former president in person. But someone did have their picture taken with a cardboard cutout Picture of him. NOTE: There is one section of the video where we entered a theater to see a documentary on the president. The Majority of this has been removed from this video to avoid breaking any copyright laws.

The Little White House, in Warm Springs, Georgia, was Franklin D. Roosevelt's personal retreat. He first came to Warm Springs for treatment of his paralytic illness, and liked the area so much that, as Governor of New York, he had a home built on nearby Pine Mountain. The house was finished in 1932. Roosevelt kept the house after he became President, using it as a Presidential retreat. This vacation video was filmed in June of 2007. There are several different species of fish in this video that are no longer at display at the United States Largest Aquarium. Take a car trip through the Smoky Mountains National Parks in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This journey is through Roaring Forks Motor Nature Trail. An area given this name for the Roaring sound of the nearby waterways. Through out this journey, there will be stops at historical homes and other locations that make this little journey worthwhile. Life in the 50's with the Glasco Family. One of the fun things to do back in the 8mm days was to get the family together and watch your Home Movies. One of the un-fun things to do was watch someone else's.... Note: The white cap I am wearing was because of ringworm of the scalp. Back then they put white adhesive tape on my head and ripped all my hair out by the roots. And yes, it did hurt very, very much. This process was repeated several times. January 2012 -- Much to my surprise this film has been used in 4 music videos all from Europe. All four video's are on Youtube.
