"Reel 1 briefly describes early studies and experiments in geometry, chemistry, and electricity. Shows the pyramids. Describes the melting of metal in a foundry, the machining of tungsten, use of light metals in aircraft production, the generation of electricity by sunlight, and Dr. Langmuir's experiments with oil film.

1935 Mascot serial directed by B. Reeves Eason and Armand Schaefer. Zaroff a rancher and oil company owner, wants the Ravenhead Indians off their land so that he can mine the element X-94. Texas Ranger Tom Morgan tries to stop him.

His Trust and His Trust Fulfilled are two one-reel films directed by D.W. Griffith in 1911. They were meant to be played as one story but due to technical limitations of the day were released separately. Here they are joined with music and sound effects added. It is a somewhat touching story of an old black, an Uncle Tom like character who takes care of the daughter of his dead master. Many of the battle scenes are precursors of what Griffith would do later in Birth of a Nation and his attitudes towards race while not as pronounced as in that later film are quite apparent.

Based on the short description of Lot's Wife in Genesis, the film is a visual poem for the nameless woman, caught in a biblical story. she has no name she is his wife -- Lot's wife
