1925 directed by Clarence Brown starring Rudolph Valentino as Drubovsky, Vilma Banky as Mascha, Louise Dresser as the Czarina, Albert Conti as Kuschka and James A. Marcus as Kryilla. After witnessing the daring rescue of a runaway carriage by the dashing, young Lieutenant Dubrovski, (Valentino), a smitten Czarina orders him to attend a private dinner.

"The Hunchback of Notre Dame" is a historical drama based on Victor Hugo's novel  featuring Patsy Ruth Miller, a star of Silent Hall of Fame. 

It is the film, in which Patsy Ruth Miller played her most famous and critically acclaimed role.  Lon Chaney is powerful as ever, and with this film achieved a true star status.  Norman Kerry, Ernest Torrence and the supporting cast deliver fine performances as well.

"The General", a thrilling comedy about the Civil War, lifted Buster Keaton from the ashes of oblivion decades after his name and legacy were forgotten.  Audiences and critics in the 1920ies did not appreciate this extraordinary masterpiece, but Buster Keaton always regarded "The General" as his best film.  Today he is totally vindicated and the world agrees with him.

M'Liss is a 1918 silent film directed by Marshall Neilan, written by Frances Marion and based on a Bret Harte's story. The film was made previously in 1915 and was remade again in 1922 as The Girl Who Ran Wild, starring Gladys Walton. Another same-titled remake was released in 1936, starring Anne Shirley. Plot The film takes place in the mining town of Red Gulch in the High Sierra. M'Liss (Mary Pickford) is one of the inhabitants whose father 'Bummer' (Theodore Roberts) lost his fortune in the gold mines. Now his only investment, which pays a dividend, is his chicken Hildegarde.

Nanette Roland lives an unhappy existence in the Northwoods; her father dies leaving her no money, and her fiancee, Raoul Challoner, has gone off trapping for pelts, and has disappeared. She does not want to marry Duncan McDougall's son, Buck, until she is convinced that Raoul is dead. Buck fabricates evidence that Raoul is dead, and Nanette reluctantly agrees to marry him. She is about to be wed when Raoul returns and spirits her away from the ceremony. Raoul and Nanette are married, but Buck goads Raoul into a fight, during which one of Buck's men, Black Marat, is accidentally killed.

Plot: The gang has created a donkey-powered double-decker bus over the foundation of an old car. Ernie rides the donkey inside the conveyance and signals to Farina to open a feedbox to get the thing going. A feather duster is used to get it to sound off as the horn, and to go into reverse, a strap pulls its tail to walk backward. Whenever Farina falls asleep, Ernie turns a crack to wake him up. Mickey is the tour guide with soda-bottle binoculars, and Jackie Condon si the conductor.

: In order to earn money, the gang opens up their own barber shop. Joe Cobb is the head barber with Mary as the gum-chewing cashier. Ernie handles the mechanical stuff, Farina shines shoes, Jackie handles advertising with Sing Joy doing the cleaning and pressing. Mango sits on the side getting hit by shaving cream. However, despite their eagerness, they are not adept at their job and many leave much more bald than they expected.

Sunday Calm is a 1923 short silent comedy film directed by Robert F. McGowan. It was the 20th Our Gang short subject released. The gang travels by wagon to go on a picnic with their families. After losing a wheel, the parents put on a new one, and the gang races off with the wagon, leaving the parents behind. The town of Sleepy Hollow received a new teacher, Ichabod Crane (Will Rogers), from New York. Crane already knows of the legend of the phantom Headless Horseman and is sceptical about its truth. His teacing methods are harsh and he no sooner rubs the villagers the wrong way when he begins to see the famous apparition. This two reel comedy is not a great film but does feature a young Gloria Swanson, Teddy the Keystone Dog and historically significant "being the very last comedy produced under the Keystone banner." An IMDb reviewer, drednm, wrote... Typical no-plot comedy short from 1917 boasts the great Gloria Swanson as a teenager yachting to India with her family and beau, Bobby Vernon. While ashore they run into trouble and Gloria is kidnapped by the Rajah.
